Last Updated: June 15, 2026 · Effective Date: July 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Polish Pages, Inc., a New York Corporation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit Drobnica.com or use our classifieds services.
Drobnica.com (“Drobnica,” the “Service”) is a Polish-American classifieds platform operated by Polish Pages, Inc. Polish Pages, Inc. is the data controller for personal data processed through Drobnica.
Other services in our ecosystem
Polish Pages, Inc. operates three platforms as a single data controller: Drobnica.com (this site — classifieds), PolishPages.com (business directory, advertising, hosting), and Poland.us (Dziennik Polonijny news portal). PolishPages.com and Poland.us each have their own dedicated Privacy Policy — see polishpages.com/privacy-policy/ and poland.us/privacy-policy/.
By using the Service, posting a Listing, responding to a Listing, or creating an account, you acknowledge that Polish Pages, Inc. processes personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required, we will request it separately. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Use.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us Directly
Listing Data: When you post a classified Listing (ogłoszenie) — whether as a guest or registered user — we collect the Listing content (title, description, category, price, images) and the contact details you choose to display or share (name, email, phone).
Account Information (optional): If you create an account, we collect your name, email, password, and (where applicable) phone number. An account is not required to post a Listing.
Contact Between Users: If you respond to a Listing or contact a Poster through the Service, we may process the content of your message and your contact details to facilitate that communication.
Paid Features (Featured/Promoted Listings): If you purchase a Featured or Promoted Listing, we collect billing information and transaction details. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.
Communications: Information you provide when contacting support (e.g., [email protected]).
Important Note on Credit Cards
We do not store full credit card numbers. All transactions are securely processed by Stripe, Inc., which stores a secure payment token to facilitate the transaction.
Sensitive Information (please do not submit)
Drobnica is not designed to collect consumer health data, medical records, legal case details, immigration case details, insurance claims, financial account information, Social Security numbers, or government ID numbers. You must not include such information in public Listings or marketplace messages unless strictly necessary for a lawful transaction. Polish Pages, Inc. is not a healthcare provider, law firm, insurer, or financial institution and does not provide professional advice through the Service. If we become aware that sensitive information has been submitted unnecessarily, we may remove it.
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically
Usage Data & Cookies: Listings viewed, categories browsed, searches, time spent, links clicked. Device Information: hardware model, OS, browser, IP. Location Data: approximate location from IP to show relevant local Listings. Transaction Data: for Paid Features (date, type, status).
1.3 Platform-Specific Note
Because Drobnica is a classifieds marketplace, much of the data you provide in a Listing is published publicly by design. Contact details, descriptions, and images in a Listing are visible to other Users and may be indexed by search engines. Do not include sensitive personal information in a Listing that you do not wish to make public (see Section 3.1).
