We cordially invite you to a series of concerts titled “Why didn’t they teach me about you in school?”, which will be a tribute to the Indomitable Soldiers.
From September 25 to 27, 2026, the 13th edition of Przystanek Historia IPN New York will take place, organized by the Pamięć Association in cooperation with the Institute of National Remembrance. The upcoming edition will go beyond the current framework of activities in Polish schools and will take the form of a series of concerts dedicated to the Soldiers of the Anti-Communist Underground.
As part of Przystanek Historia IPN, 5 concerts will be held in the states of NY, NJ, and PA. Admission to all concerts is free.
The concert performer will be Tadeusz Polkowski – a rapper, co-founder, and long-time member of the hip-hop group Firma. Since 2011, he has performed solo as Tadek. In his solo work, the artist commemorates the Cursed Soldiers, the armed anti-communist underground operating after the end of World War II, and historical figures such as Witold Pilecki, August Emil Fieldorf, and Danuta Siedzikówna.

– Sunday, September 27, after Holy Mass at 11:00 AM (around 12:15 PM) at St. Casimir’s Parish, 91 Pulaski St, Newark, NJ 07105. Additional parking at 30 Ann Street.
