Responsibilities:
- Completing repair orders reliably and on time.
- Diagnosing malfunctions and performing repairs in the scope of: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, household appliances, and door lock replacement.
- Daily building rounds and inspection of mechanical equipment (boilers, cooling towers, heat exchangers, pumps, fire alarm control panels, etc.).
- Performing preventive maintenance procedures for technical equipment.
- Preparing technical documentation (written and electronic).
- On-call duties and readiness for emergency work.
- Collaboration with the Facility Manager on special maintenance projects.
- Maintaining a professional and friendly image in appearance, behavior, and approach to residents.
